The Best Peruvian Bite in the Neighborhood
Working and studying at the same time, rather than be a heavy burden -for Gabriel- it was a matter of pride to be head to head with other people taking classes in English, (as English is not his native language) it did impulse him to aspire for more and realize that he has accomplish a lot in such little time.
He met his partner (Emma Cerron, originally from Chupaca, Peru) while he was working as a manger in a catering business and -at the same time- studying Business Administration in college. When they met, Gabriel noted Emma's unique touch for the Peruvian dishes and many other types of cuisines. He proposed a partnership and they opened a restaurnat together.
